Each of these payment methods has different transaction fees. Credit card payments with Visa and MasterCard incur a 1.4% fee, while Google Pay, Apple Pay and Klarna only charge 0.9%.r
Our partner Stripe takes care of the smooth processing of all payments and automatically transfers the amounts received to your account within 3-5 working days. Optionally, you can book the transaction levy with us so that these fees are passed on to your customers. This gives you full control over your income and optimizes your cost structure.
Each payment incurs a fee of €2.99 of the total and 39 cents per order.
In a classic online purchase, the payment of a fee is the responsibility of the seller. Unless you book the transaction fee and can decide for yourself how much your customer pays.
As long as you offer an alternative payment method (e.g. cash or EC card) and there are no additional charges, it is permitted.
PayPal is one of the most popular payment methods, and our experience shows that almost 40% of diners pay for their food using it. If you don't offer PayPal, you could lose a significant proportion of your sales, as many customers prefer this convenient and familiar payment option.
